Plagiarism Policy
This journal upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
- Definition of Plagiarism
Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:
- Copying text, ideas, data, or images without proper citation
- Paraphrasing substantial portions of another work without acknowledgment
- Self-plagiarism (reusing previously published work without disclosure)
- Duplicate or redundant publication
- Data fabrication or falsification
All manuscripts must represent original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
- Similarity Check
All submitted manuscripts will undergo plagiarism screening using plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin or equivalent).
- Maximum acceptable similarity index: 20% overall
- Similarity from a single source should not exceed 5% (excluding references and properly cited quotations)
Manuscripts exceeding the threshold may be:
- Returned to authors for revision
- Rejected immediately
- Investigated further if ethical misconduct is suspected
- Author Responsibilities
Authors must:
- Ensure originality of their work
- Properly cite all sources using APA 7th edition
- Disclose any prior publication of similar content
- Avoid redundant or salami publication
Authors are required to submit a signed originality statement upon submission.
- Editorial Action in Case of Plagiarism
If plagiarism is detected:
Before Publication:
- Manuscript will be rejected
- Authors may be banned from submission for a specified period
After Publication:
- The article may be corrected or retracted
- A retraction notice will be published
- The author’s institution may be notified
- Ethical Compliance
This journal follows international publication ethics standards and best practices, including guidelines from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
