Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  1. Manuscripts must be written in English and submitted online through the journal website.
  2. Online submission is free of charge. Authors must register and log in before making a submission.
  3. Authors must upload a Turnitin similarity proof as a supplementary file during submission (using the Add Supplementary File option).
  4. All references must be recent, with a maximum publication gap of five (5) years from the current year.
  5. Authors must ensure that all citations and references are formatted strictly according to the latest IEEE.
  6. If an article does not have a DOI, authors must provide a valid URL or replace it with an alternative reference that has an active DOI.
  7. At least 80% of the references must have active DOIs.
  8. Authors are encouraged to use a reference manager, preferably Mendeley.
  9. All references must be carefully cross-checked for accuracy and consistency throughout the manuscript.
  10. If the manuscript contains interview results, they must be presented in an informative narrative form and not in dialogue format.
  11. Authors must use the official journal template provided on the journal website.
  12. The paper margin size must not be changed, as it already follows the standard A4 paper format.
  13. Authors are not allowed to remove the watermark and footer from the article template.
  14. Manuscripts must be saved in DOCX or RTF (Rich Text Format).
  15. Authors must provide hyperlinks to cited theories or key references where applicable.
  16. Before submission, authors should download and use the journal template and ensure that the manuscript follows all formatting and technical requirements of the journal.
